Optional website analytics
If you choose “Allow analytics”, we use Google Analytics to understand visits, traffic sources, pages viewed, time spent, searches, and links clicked. Reports may include approximate location and device information. We use these reports to improve the catalogue and search experience. We do not enable advertising personalization or Google signals.
Analytics cookies help distinguish visits and returning browsers. Google processes this information as described in How Google uses information from sites that use its services. Please do not enter personal information into the musical search box.
Your choice
Analytics stays off until you allow it. You can decline or change your choice using “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page. Declining does not affect searching or licensing links. Withdrawing consent stops future collection in this browser; it does not erase data already recorded.
Preferences and essential services
We save your cookie choice and selected production territory in this browser. We temporarily remember search filters, scroll position and the selected comparison IDs so you can return to your results. Hosting and owner sign-in services may process technical request information to deliver and secure the website.
Saved shows and private notes
Favourites and optional per-show notes are stored in this browser on this device, without an account or cloud sync. They are not sent to our analytics or included in a shared comparison. Clearing browser storage removes them. Other people using this browser may see your notes; avoid sensitive information on a shared device. If browser storage is blocked or full, changes may last only until you leave or reload the page.
A comparison link contains only the selected exact show IDs. Anyone with that link can view those editions. Opening a shared link does not overwrite your own favourites; saving its shows is a separate action. Copying a link does not send it to anyone.
Creator submissions and removal requests
These forms collect the contact details and information you choose to provide for private, manual review. Your contact email is not published, no automatic confirmation email is sent, and a request does not automatically add or remove a catalogue listing. We may contact you if clarification is needed. Public sample links should be shareable without passwords or access tokens; do not submit sensitive personal information.
Requests are stored privately for review and any follow-up. The site owner may receive a private notification that a request arrived. There is no public submission list or request-status lookup. Forms and the private review queue do not load website analytics or third-party media. A short-lived hash of the request’s network address is processed separately to help prevent abuse; raw network addresses are not stored with your request. Use the removal-request form to ask about correcting or removing information you submitted.
Other websites
Licensing companies, Conductor Mode and other linked services have their own privacy practices. Show artwork may be loaded from licensing providers. MTL is an independent discovery guide and does not issue performance licenses.
